Accessing your NETBANX Account

If you submitted a Paysafe application and were approved for a merchant account, you should have received your initial NETBANX log-in credentials from the UP Payments team.

NETBANX is the merchant back-office portal for Paysafe that enables you to generate transaction reports, and view your account batches, deposits, merchant statements, and chargeback information.

Should you need more than one login created, please reach out to Upper Hand for assistance.  

If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, click Forgot your password on the login page.

You can also reach out to payments@getupperhand.com to either resend or reset those credentials for you so that you can log back in to the portal.
