If your clients have a card on file but a billing address is not listed with the card, you will see a red house indicator inside the stored payment method alerting you that no billing address is on file for that card. Follow the steps below to add/update the card's billing address.
Add Billing Address to Card on File
- Navigate to the Client Profile Page of the client you need to add/update a billing address and click the Payments tab to access their stored card information
- From here, you will see a red house indicator included with each card on file that does not have a billing address tied to it. To add or update the billing address, click the three dot menu inside the client's card
- Input the billing information and click Update Payment Method to successfully add the billing address to that card
