If you need to change a member's charge date on a membership, you can do so by accessing the client's profile page and following the steps below.

In-App Walkthrough:

  • Navigate to the client profile in which the charge date needs changing. Click on the pencil icon to the right of "Next Payment."

  • Insert the new charge date and hit confirm.

Some notes:

  • The selected new charge date will become the new billing cycle for the membership
