Client Email Status

In this article, learn how to resubscribe a client into emails and what each email type means

Overview

On the client profile page there is an "check email status" option, with this option you will be able to see what, if any, emails that client is unsubscribed from and take action from there

 

Check Email Status

  • From your D-BAT Hub account go to Contacts > Select a profile 
    • Note: this should be a primary account holder not the child/athlete profile 
  • Under the client's name select the "check email status" option

  • In the modal you will see if they are opted in or out of any emails 
    • Note: if they aren't opted out of any emails the modal will list all email types. If they are opted out then it will list what emails they are unsubscribed from 
  • To opt a client back in, select the check box next to the emails you want them to receive then select Update Preferences 
      • Note: you can only opt a client back in to each email type once, otherwise you will need to contact support@getupperhand.com for assistance

    Below is an overview of each type of email that your clients can opt in/out of

    • In App Messaging
      • Direct emails via session summary drawer, event roster, or client profile
    • Payment Notifications
      • Failed payment emails, payment receipts, purchase receipts, invoice receipts, payment reminders
    • General Notifications
      • Marketing campaigns, event reminders, event cancellations, event reschedules
    • Marketing
      • Event marketing emails 
    • Invitations
      • Account creation emails
