If you have suspended a membership and decided to not include a specific reactivation date, you can still do so manually. This will immediately make the membership active again, and will proceed with scheduled payments.

Reactivate a Suspended Membership
- Log into your account and navigate to the Client Profile Page of the client that has the suspended membership.
- Click on the three dot menu inside the membership card that is listed underneath their name and click Reactivate.
- Click Confirm Reactivation.
Things to Note
Upon reactivation, it depends on when the suspension occurred in terms of when they would be charged again.
For example, if you suspend a member today when they have 15 days left in their current billing cycle, when you reactivate their suspension, they will have 15 days remaining before they are charged again. Those suspended credits will become available again upon reactivation.
