When an admin assigns an athlete to a workout or group, they will receive email and in app notifications of it!
Admins have the ability to turn off what notifications they want their clients to receive in their settings and the client also have the ability to turn them on/off, just like the D-BAT Hub software.
If an admin assigns an athlete to a group that has a start time, the customer will receive a reminder 2 hours beforehand. If the athletes are added to the group less than 2 hours beforehand, they will still receive the reminder.
The settings tab is found in the right hand corner of their Athlete Progression Tracking account.
The email is titled "New program assigned" and the D-BAT logo will be on the email.
