      Chargeback Management

      Your Netbanx account allows you to turn on an automated report that you'll receive on a daily basis, notifying you of any chargebacks that have occurred on your account.

      When you receive a chargeback, you can decide to submit evidence to dispute a chargeback or accept it. Every chargeback does have a fee associated with it, therefore if you lose the dispute or choose to accept it, you will be charged a $20 fee.
