Activating an Embed Card during a Membership Sale
- Login to your account and navigate towards Point of Sale.
- Next, choose the client to which you wish to make the sale.
- Choose the desired membership
- Chose the correct client profile
- Lastly, click inside the "Membership Card Box." Swipe the card, and continue the sale to completion.
How to Add an Embed Card to an Existing Membership
- First, navigate to the Contacts page.
- Second, choose the profile of the client needing to add an embed card.
- In the following screen, in the second white box select the white dots in the right corner. Click Activate.
- Place cursor in the "Membership Card Box." Swipe the Card. Click Activate.
Selling Cage Credits and Adding Credits to an Embed Card
- Begin by navigating to POS.
- Choose the desired client. Then choose "Batting Cage Credits."
- Next, choose the amount the client wishes to spend.
- To complete the transaction, click inside the the "Card Number" box and swipe the card.
- Continue with the sale.
Top-Up Embed Credits (Platinum Members Only)
- Begin by clicking Contacts.
- Choose the profile of the client needing more credits
- In the second white box, click the three white dots in the right corner
- Finally, click "Top-up"
