Generating activity reports
To generate an activity report:
- Click the Reports tab on any back-office page.
- Click the Activity Report submenu.
- For the Report Type, select the Summary tab.
- Complete the fields you want to include in the search.
- Click the Generate Summary button. The transaction summary page opens, listing groups of transactions that meet the criteria you specified.
The transaction summary page has three major sections: Valid Requests, Declined Requests, and Invalid Requests.- The Valid Requests section displays a summary of the transaction types and statuses for the selected time period.
- The Declined Requests section displays a summary of transactions that were processed but that were declined.
- The Invalid Requests section displays a summary of transactions that could not be processed.
