In this article, learn how to properly set up your memberships to ensure members receive their appropriate batting cage credits.

If you are using either the Embed Integration (Swing Card) or Home Plate Pass (QR Code) to distribute your member's batting cage credits in your Hub account, you will want to make sure you verify your Memberships are set up correctly. In most cases, this is already done before hand when your account is activated but the steps below will allow you to verify it's set up properly and show you how to make changes, if necessary.
Set Up Memberships to Include Batting Cage Credits
- Click on the Memberships tab on the left navigation panel to access your memberships
- Inside the Platinum/Gold memberships, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the membership box and click Edit
- To ensure your memberships are distributing the correct amount of membership batting cage credits, make sure the appropriate membership is selected where it asks Benefit Type (just above the Pricing section on the left hand side)
- Remember to hit Save if any changes were made to confirm
Things to note:
- If you are using the Embed Integration (Swing Card) to distribute batting cage credits, you will need to add the swing card when selling the membership or add the swing card straight into the client's profile page if they purchased their membership online
- If you are using Home Plate Pass (QR Code) to distribute batting cage credits, the credits will automatically be loaded onto the client's profile upon completion of the sale
- Membership batting cage credits will deactivate when a membership payment fails
