# Create a Retail Vendor

## Learn how to create a retail vendor in the D-BAT Hub.

Adding a vendor (brand) name to your retail products allows you to easily track and sort inventory by a specific vendor.

#### Create a Retail Vendor

- Log in to your account and hover over the main navigation bar on the left, click **Retail**
- You have two options: 
    - Create a new product by clicking on the **plus sign** to **Create Product**. Click on the down arrow located on the right of **Select Retail Vendor**, and then click on **+ New Retail Vendor**. Type in the Retail Vendor Name and then click on the **Submit** button.

    - Edit an existing product by clicking on the **three dot menu** located on the right of the product and then clicking on **Edit.** Then follow the same steps as above.
