# Create a Team Rental Event

A common action we see get executed in Upper Hand is reserving space in the facility for a team rental event.

One way to accomplish this is by creating a private [Fixed Scheduled Event](https://dbathubhelp.upperhand.com/create-fixed-schedule-event?hsLang=en) for the specific team, inputting the schedule of when they are using the facility and add the appropriate Resources needed to reserve for the rental. Putting the Team Name as the Event Title can help quickly identify the event on the Calendar. You can either mark the event as a Free Event or if you still need to charge the client, you can give it a total price that you want the client to pay and register them for the event as an attendee in order to collect payment.
