In this article, learn how to properly set up your batting cage credits as a Retail product inside the Hub.

In order to sell batting cage credits in your Hub account, you will want to make sure you verify your Retail item is set up correctly. In most cases, this is already done beforehand when your account is activated but the steps below will allow you to verify it's set up properly and show you how to make changes, if necessary.
Set Up Batting Cage Credits
- Click on the Retail tab from the left navigation panel
- Type in the search bar "Batting Cage Credits" to locate the already created product
- Note: If you don't see a "Batting Cage Credits" Retail item, then it may be titled something else or you may have to create a new product from scratch
- Once you've located the "Batting Cage Credits" Retail item, click the three dots to the right and select Edit
- Confirm that the Swing Card check box (underneath the Price box on the left hand side) is checked, this will ensure that this Retail item is going to be used for batting cage credits
- Make sure Batting Cage Credits is selected as the Retail Category
- Underneath the Product Options box on the right, you will see the different Amount options you can sell Batting Cage Credits
- Note: If you don't see anything listed or would like to make any changes, you can always add/edit these options yourself
- At the bottom of the page, you can input specific pricing for each Amount option you would like to sell and the software will update accordingly
- If you do make any changes to the Retail item, make sure you click Save before exiting or click Publish to make it available to sell in Point of Sale
