Staff Unavailability

In this article, learn how to apply staff unavailability from the calendar

APPLIES TO: Instructor, Staff, Manager, Admin

On the calendar, staff/instructors/managers/admins are able to add unavailability to block off time 

Add Staff Unavailability Step by Step guide 

  • On the left hand nav select Calendar 
  • Click on the calendar to prompt Quick Schedule
  • Select the grey block icon

  • Select the Start Time and End Time of the unavailability 
  • Select the Staff 
    • Note: you can select other staff in case they call the front desk and you need to add the unavailability for them
  • Select the Reason 
  • Select Add to Schedule

  • The unavailability will appear on the calendar and the staff member will not be able to be booked during that date & time

Important to Note

  • If the staff member has a session during that time, they will not be able to add unavailability until the session is cancelled/rescheduled
