Suspend a membership
- Log in to your account and go to Contacts. Navigate to the Client Profile Page of the client that you would like to suspend.
- Click on the three dot menu inside the membership card that is listed underneath their name and click Suspend.
- Choose the Suspend date and whether or not you would like to set a future reactivation date.
- Click Confirm Suspension.
Suspend a Membership in the App:
- Log in to your account and go to Contacts. Navigate to the Client Profile Page of the client that you would like to suspend.
- Click on the three dot menu inside the membership card that is listed underneath their name and click Suspend.
- Choose the Suspend date and whether or not you would like to set a future reactivation date. Click Confirm Suspension.
Things to Note
When you suspend an account, they will not be charged for the membership during the suspension but it is considered inactive therefore the membership credits can no longer be used while it is a suspended state.
